Action steps include the addition of a Career Pathways Coach, the establishment of a Business Advisory Council, and the development of career pathways. Extensive career exploration utilizing Ohio Means Jobs backpacks, rigorous coursework, flexible scheduling, business/ industry partnerships, an emphasis on the Ohio Means Jobs Readiness Seal, and culminating senior capstone projects combine to create “Future Ready Zeps.”
