Job seekers with significant disabilities have a difficult time finding employment due to questions about their ability to do the job, industry recognized credentials on their resume can help highlight their abilities leading to employment. The LIFE program at the MCESC, with the help of grant funding from ODE, developed hands on and interactive prep courses allowing students with significant disabilities to better understand the content presented in online courses, leading to industry recognized credentials.
